Policies

When booking your appointment please keep in mind this time is specifically reserved for you. We ask that you be mindful of the following policies when reserving your time slot.

-72 HOURS OR MORE: There will be no charges made. 

-24-48 HOURS: If you cancel or change your appointment 24-48 hours before your appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
 
-LESS THAN 24 HOURS: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours or "no-show" will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

- You are considered a “no show” if you are not at your appointment within 30 minutes of your scheduled time. 

-Appointments that are booked within the 72-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

-As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 7 days in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. Contact settings are controlled by the client and are not controlled by Crimzon Salon

-Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them.

Cancelation Reschedule or Late Policies

At Crimzon Salon we want all of our guests to love their hair. If there is anything you aren’t happy with, please let us know within a week of your scheduled appointment and we will do everything we can to make it right.This applies to all services agreed to by stylist and client prior to execution of services required to achieve a desired result. 

Service Policy

At Crimzon Salon, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from us, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within two weeks of your original purchase date. You may exchange the unsatisfactory product for a different product of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference for a product of higher value.

- Product Selection: You may exchange the unsatisfactory product for a different product of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference for a product of higher value.

Exclusions: This exchange policy applies only to retail products purchased directly from Crimzon Salon. It does not apply to services, gift cards, or third-party products.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please visit Crimzon Salon during regular business hours.

Product Exchange Policy 

All new Hair Extension clients will require a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER retainer to secure an appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total amount on your appointment day. It is transferable if your appointment is rescheduled within the allotted time, but not refundable.

At Crimzon Salon, we occasionally take photographs and videos of our clients and staff to showcase our work and promote our services on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. We understand the importance of privacy and respect the wishes of our clients regarding the use of their images.

By signing below, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Consent:** You grant Crimzon Salon the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos taken of you during your visit to the salon. This includes, but is not limited to, images of your hair, makeup, and overall appearance.

2. **Purpose:** These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.

3. **Release:** You release Crimzon Salon, its employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have against them arising out of the use of your image, likeness, or voice.

4. **Ownership:** All rights to the photographs and videos, including copyright, remain the property of Crimzon Salon. You understand that you will not be compensated for the use of your image.

5. **Revocation:** You may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to Crimzon Salon. However, any photographs or videos already in use prior to the revocation will not be removed.
